No evidence of AgNP aggregation and minimal release of Ag+ were detected following storage of AgNPs. A Nanoparticle tracking analysis was used to determine the hydrodynamic diameter of AgNPs in PBS, 30 min after dilution in cell culture media, and 72 h after dilution in cell culture media. The inset to the right shows the size distribution of particulate material in the media itself.
