Cytotoxicity in human liver microtissue following a single or repeated exposures of a panel of engineered nanomaterials. The microtissue were exposed to cell medium (control)/or NMs over a period of 360 hr as measured by AK release and measured via ToxiLight™ cytotoxicity assay. Values represent mean ± SEM (n = 3).
